Our Eruca sativa (Arugula) comes from organic, heirloom, and non-GMO seeds. Arugula can be used in a variety of ways: They can be mixed in a salad along with other greens, used in sandwiches, or roasted vegetable dish. Our personal favorite use is mixing them into soups or pastas. The best part is the slightly peppery bite with an enticingly fresh flavor.
